I design custom Dreamweaver template sites. "Template" doesn't mean a design purchased elsewhere and used on multiple sites. I create the design exclusively for you. Once the first page is created it is used as a template to create the rest of the pages used throughout the site. If changes are made to the template all pages in the site are automatically updated. Designated areas on the pages are editable while the rest of the page is locked. If you use the Dreamweaver program you will be able to maintain the site content yourself without impacting the design elements.
Typically Dreamweaver templates sites cost $500 for the first page and $50 for each additional page. There will be additional charges for photo galleries, Flash elements, and feedback forms.
